Writing Experiences
Over the years i have had many writing experiences, some good and some challenging. I would have to say that my best writing experience for myself was during my senior year of high school, when writing my senior speech. Writing my senior speech was a very successful achievement for myself, because not only did i have to present it to my whole school, it was on very personal subject that i wanted people to know. the subject of my speech was on my scolois surgery that i had performed my freshman year of high school. Even though i have had good writing experiences i have also have had mayn frustrating ones. My most frustrating writing experience was actaully last semester when writing a research paper. To me it was very frustrating because there was so much information, and i was confused on how to interpertate all the information into a paper. Both writing experiences taught me that with confidence, and with good writing ablities that you can accomplish anything, no matter how hard the subject might be.

Struggling with information overload during research projects is a familiar experience for most college students. Hopefully, this class will help you structure your work in a less stressful way.
ReplyDeleteYour story of your writing experiences is very inspiring. I really like how you talked about a very personal subject of yours in your first writing experience, i think thats very powerful for the writer and listener. There is no other way to connect with your audience then to tell about a personal story, im sure it was a great experience. I have to agree with you on research papers and how frusterating they make me also. When i think back on my previous writing experiences all i can think about is research papers.
